This exhibition is an international, open-submission triennial that showcases outstanding works of contemporary glass art from around the world. This year, the second of these competitions attracted 1,126 entries, from fifty-one countries and regions throughout the world. The exhibition presents 45 works selected through the first and second judgings. This exhibition will showcase new perspectives in this form of artistic expression and offer a new opportunity to establish Toyama, the Glass Art City, as a global center for glass art.
