概要
富山市は30年以上にわたり「ガラスの街づくり」を続けてきました。本展に出品する11人は、この地で制作活動を行っていた、あるいは現在も活動を続けている作家です。彼らは、それぞれ独創的な発想や素材へのアプローチを示しています。
富山ゆかりの作家が生み出した現代ガラスの多様な表現の魅力をお楽しみください。

Overview
Over the past 30 years, Toyama City has been working towards its development as the Glass Art City. Some of the 11 artists featured in this exhibition currently work in Toyama, while others created their artwork in Toyama earlier in their careers. Each of them shows unique ideas and creative approaches to the material.
We hope you will be fascinated by the diverse expressions of contemporary glass created by the artists with connections to Toyama.
